Hack and Tomi have been collectors of fine furnishings for many, many years.  They have purchased furniture from all over the United States, mostly from auction houses and antique galleries.

This is the first auction of several, in this auction we are offering the larger furniture pieces. Stay on the look out for more auctions as we continue to uncover their treasures.

Personal property includes:

Solid marble pieces, marble bust, bombay chest, stained glass, leaded glass, buffets, desk, tables, outdoor furniture, headboards, end tables, vanity, floor lamps, leather sofa, leather recliner, and more.  More items to be added before auction starts.

15% buyer's premium added to bid price.

Address for preview will be disclosed 1 day prior to preview date.

Credit card will be charged upon auction completion. 15% Buyer’s Premium.
All items sold "as is, where is", no warranties or guarantees.
Please inspect items at time of inspection. All items must be picked up on pick up date. They are located
at a storage facility in LaFollette, TN.

AUCTION END TIMES: Ayers Auction & Real Estate Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. Ayers Auction & Real Estate Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the auction ending will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend 6:04.The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame. ALL PROPERTIES IN THIS SALE EXTEND IF ANY ONE OF THEM IS EXTENDED.

NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor AYERS AUCTION & REAL ESTATE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to the email address provided in your registration with updated information as deemed necessary by Ayers Auction &; Real Estate.

TERMS: Credit Cards will be charged for the full purchase price at the conclusion of the sale. A 15% Buyers Premium added to bid price.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a buyer’s premium of 15% added to the bid price to arrive at final purchase price. Example: Bid Price $100 plus $15 (15% buyer’s Fee) equals purchase price of $115.

AUCTION BIDDER DEFAULT: Successful bidder not executing and returning the contract with earnest money deposit within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction will be considered in default. In the event a winning bidder fails to submit the signed Contract for Sale of Real Estate and earnest money deposit, the winning bidder will be charged a penalty fee of $3,000.00 on the credit card provided at auction registration. Additional default remedies are reserved by Ayers Auction &; Real Estate and the Seller as provided in the Auction Terms and Conditions and the Contract for Sale of Real Estate. Ayers Auction &; Real Estate reserves the right to sell to the second-highest bidder in the event the successful high bidder does not comply with the terms of the sale.

Any dispute between Ayers Auction &; Real Estate, its Agents or Representatives and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Scott County, Tennessee. By bidding on the property, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.

Acceptance of Bid Prices: Successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a purchase agreement immediately following the close of the auction. Ayers Auction & Real  Ayers Auction &; Real Estate, Agents, Representatives or Employees may bid.
