Order of the sale beginning at 9 A.M. we will start selling vehicles, wreckers, salvage materials.
Then at 10 A.M. Real Estate will be offered, and finish with vehicles.
At 11 A.M. will start auctioning off the tools and shop equipment, and if necessary have 2 crews selling, one inside with tools and one outside with vehicles.
Bidders onsite will pay a 10% deposit day of sale, balance within 45 days at closing.
Online bidders will have 48 hours to pay their 10% deposit with closing also in 45 days.
Personal property: Some of the items will have both live and simulcast bidding.
Live bidders will pay cash or good check day of sale.
Online bidders will have 48 hours to wire the funds.
A 10% Buyers Premium on both Real and Personal Property.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a buyer’s premium of 10% added to the bid price to arrive at final purchase price. Example: Bid Price $100,000 plus $10,000 (10% buyer’s Fee) equals purchase price of $110,000.
AUCTION BIDDER DEFAULT: Successful bidder not executing and returning the contract with earnest money and funds for the personal property within deposit within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction will be considered in default. In the event a winning bidder fails to submit the signed Contract for Sale of Real Estate and earnest money deposit, the winning bidder will be charged the buyers premium on the credit card provided at auction registration. Additional default remedies are reserved by Ayers Auction & Real Estate and the Seller as provided in the Auction Terms and Conditions and the Contract for Sale of Real Estate.
